Kerry Coaches is one of the leading coach tour operators in the country, supplying a fleet of eighty vehicles to the luxury incoming tour market and incorporates both a large chauffeur drive fleet, and a range of top class executive mini-coaches and large vehicles for the corporate and golf markets.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The general operations manager is responsible for all aspects of the operations, and will –

provide hands-on day-to-day team/staff management

Encourage and support the high level of service and business culture

Work closely with the business owners and experienced office team

Oversee the daily logistics of the business

Respond to audits to ensure continued improvements are achieved.

Responsible for employee inductions, contracts & HR issues within the business.

EDUCATION:

A degree in business, hotel management or a related field through a recognized travel/hospitality Trainee Management Programme is preferable but not essential.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in the Operational sector of the Travel/Hospitality industry, with hands on experience in a multi-faceted business at a managerial level.
